1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Lakeer Furnitures for custom furniture services, consultations, or purchases, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Lakeer Furnitures provides:

• Custom furniture design and manufacturing
• Interior design consultation
• Home and office furniture solutions
• Delivery and installation services
• Furniture repair and maintenance
• Commercial furniture projects

3. Consultation and Design Process

3.1 Free Consultation

We offer free home consultations within Pune city limits. Additional charges may apply for consultations outside our primary service area.

3.2 Design Approval

All designs must be approved by the client in writing before manufacturing begins. Changes after approval may incur additional costs and timeline extensions.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to material price fluctuations and design changes.

4.2 Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment upon order confirmation
• 40% payment during manufacturing/before delivery
• 10% final payment upon completion and installation
• Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or digital payment methods

4.3 Additional Costs

Additional costs may apply for changes in design, premium materials, expedited delivery, or services outside Pune city limits.

5. Manufacturing and Timeline

5.1 Timeline

Standard manufacturing time is 3-6 weeks from design approval and advance payment. Timelines may vary based on project complexity and material availability.

5.2 Delays

While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to material availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Delivery and Installation

6.1 Delivery

• Free delivery within Pune city limits
• Additional charges for delivery outside Pune
• Client must provide adequate access for delivery and installation
• Delivery scheduling will be coordinated with the client

6.2 Installation

Professional installation is included in our service. Client must ensure adequate space and access for installation teams.

7. Material and Quality Standards

We use premium quality materials including solid wood (Teak, Sheesham, Mango Wood) and high-grade engineered wood. All materials meet industry standards for furniture manufacturing.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate measurements and requirements
• Ensure timely payment as per agreed schedule
• Provide adequate access for delivery and installation
• Inspect furniture upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours
• Follow care and maintenance instructions provided

9. Cancellation Policy

9.1 Client Cancellation

• Before manufacturing: 10% cancellation charges on advance paid
• During manufacturing: 50% of total project cost
• After completion: 100% payment required

10.2 Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of material unavailability, force majeure, or client non-compliance with terms. Full refund will be provided.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and documentation created by Lakeer Furnitures remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the furniture purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and Maharashtra State. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to future orders.
